The Service is available to business entities ("Clients") for commercial use only. Clients may use the Service to create, manage, and offer payment discounts as part of their business operations. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.Account Registration and Use
To access certain features of the Service, Clients may be required to create an account. Clients agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.Payment Terms
Fees for the use of the Service will be agreed upon in a separate agreement between Oteero and the Client. All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the Client is responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.Intellectual Property Rights
Oteero owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property rights. Except as expressly provided herein, no rights are granted to Clients or any third party.Termination
Oteero may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if Clients breach the Terms. Upon termination, Clients’ right to use the Service will immediately cease.Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Oteero be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Kingdom of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.Changes to Terms
Oteero reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, Clients agree to be bound by the revised terms.
